Our founder, a minority and once a professional basketball player, transitioned into the world of music and marketing with no formal business education. Instead, his business acumen was forged through real-world experiences, marked by cross-country travels, grueling 80-hour work weeks, years of unpaid internships, and the uphill battle of dealing with rejections from major music companies and clients defaulting on payments.

From the early days of navigating the challenges of the music industry to pioneering new paths in business management and sustainable agriculture, our founder's journey is a testament to resilience and innovation. He faced the challenge of collaborating with artists who were initially hesitant. His path included financial stability followed by near bankruptcy while tirelessly building artists' careers. But he persevered and ultimately rose to become a music executive at one of the world's premier music management companies, working with some of the most iconic musical acts.

When our founder started his journey it wasn't just about creating music; it was about giving a voice to the unheard and reshaping the music industry's narrative.
